DSMTViewer: DSMT Installation and Status Viewer

This watches the status channels for the installation and setup for a slice. As the slice has nodes added it to it by DSMTS and the application is installated on the nodes, this visualization will show the status.

value Expects to find a comma separated list of attribute value pairs. Looks for the attributes "slice", "hostname" and "component"
